I really enjoyed using Excel in class this week. I thought it was very useful to do the assignment in class so we could ask questions if we needed to. I was plesantly surprised on how easy it was to use. I havent used Excel very much, I always was scared it was going to be hard! I really think it could be great to help keep track of different things in the classroom. I think that it is very important to become familar with all of the different programs that microsoft offers. Its kind of like word...once you become familar with it you tend to find more ways to use it! It takes time to learn these things but most of the time it seems to benifit in the end.

I also enjoyed the ISAT video. It made me realize just how much we teach to one test in 4th grade. I shared the video with some fellow teachers. They all enjoyed it too!
