The conditional formatting exercise reminded me that a user can work with a program for 10 years and still not know very much about it. I get comfortable with the tools I need for the job at hand, but don't have the opportunity to try the other tools. I'm sure this will be useful.
The T4 website is an incredibly rich resource. In a quick scan of the links, I found numerous useful sites and resources.
The videos were interesting, too. I liked the satire of standardized test myopia. The other video about "Listening" was thought-provoking, and I agree with the message that technology is good for engaging students. However, the tone was a little too pseudo-profound for me. I am a little tired of the hyperbole about how revolutionary the web is and how "different" digital people are from pre-digital people.
